Can I burn my Quiet Fire candle?

Our sculptural candles are primarily decorative. If you do choose to burn one, trim the wick to around 5 mm, place it on a heatproof dish, and never leave it unattended.

What wax do you use?

All candles are hand-poured using natural Bees wax and high-quality fragrance oils.

How should I care for my candle?

To keep your candle in its best condition:
– Trim the wick to ~5 mm before lighting.
– Always place it on a heatproof, level surface.
– Never leave it burning unattended, and keep it away from drafts, pets, and flammable items.
– To store, avoid direct sunlight and heat—beeswax may naturally bloom or soften over time, which is part of its charm.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us first to arrange the return.

How long will delivery take?

UK orders usually arrive within 3–5 business days. EU and international orders can take 1–3 weeks depending on customs and courier services.
